Job description

As our Senior CRM Manager, you’ll manage and configure Varjo’s CRM and supporting tools as well as the corresponding processes. You’ll be making sure that Varjo’s marketing, sales, and customer success teams operate based on reliable data, and that the data is put to good use throughout the organization. Working closely with business leadership and cross-functionally, you’ll streamline and optimize our ways of working to help drive growth in our business and prosumer segments worldwide.

To match that speed, we hope you’re a proven CRM expert with an organized and analytical approach to work, and that you’re capable coordinating complex projects with colleagues and partners—but equally comfortable getting your own hands dirty.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of our CRM, supporting tools, and integrations with other databases and systems at Varjo
  • Work with leadership to align CRM development to our overall business strategy and roadmap, taking a lead in planning scope, timeline, resources, and budget
  • Drive firm-wide adoption of the CRM as a business development tool, including training and coaching
  • Act as a resource across the business organization in successfully executing growth initiatives through the CRM
  • Ensure data quality by developing and implementing processes for improving data integrity
  • Regularly monitor and report on CRM KPIs

Our expectations

  • 4+ years of CRM management experience, preferably at a high-growth startup or established technology company
  • Deep command of HubSpot or other CRMs; experience working in a system with multiple integrations and data sources is a plus
  • Knowledge of best practices in data management, process automation, reporting, and analytics
  • Understanding of modern sales and marketing tactics, and how to use the CRM successfully in their deployment
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
