The NOVASIM MR DA42 by Brunner is a world first, the only EASA-qualified mixed reality FNPT II simulator in existence, deployed by Lufthansa Aviation Training in Zurich.

Powered by the Varjo XR-4 Focal Edition, it merges a physically accurate Diamond DA42 cockpit with a photorealistic 360° virtual environment. Pilots interact with real controls and avionics exactly as they would in the aircraft, while instructors monitor trainee attention in real time via integrated eye tracking.
