Varjo Customer Center
Varjo Customer Center is an online service, where Varjo headset owners can find useful information including up-to-date purchase history, billing details, profile information, and possibility to create support requests and inquiries directly to Varjo.
How to get access
All Varjo headset owners have access to Varjo Customer Center. When you make a purchase through the Varjo Store you will automatically receive link to create user credentials that can be used to log in to the service.
- If you haven’t purchased from Varjo Store and don’t have credentials, you can provide user details at the same time when submitting a support request to Varjo.
Creating a Support request
Before contacting Varjo, please have the following information available:
- Model and serial number of the Varjo product for support requests
- Order number for inquiries related to order and delivery
To assist with troubleshooting the issue:
- Include the exact error message(s)
- Describe the issue precisely
- Describe what you were doing when the issue occurred
- Describe what you have done to troubleshoot the issue so far
- Varjo may ask you to send headset diagnostics from Varjo Base
