In case of a malfunction or other problem with using your headset, Varjo Support may ask you to provide additional information about your configuration and settings for the Varjo headset and your PC hardware. Collecting diagnostics can help to identify issues with your headset and to solve technical problems.
Go to the Support page in Varjo Base and choose Collect diagnostics. The diagnostics files will be created and saved on your computer. All files are saved in a text-based format and you can review them before sending them for Varjo Support. The Varjo headset never sends diagnostics or any data from your computer without your consent.
